Registration and Cancellation

How do I find a course?
The easiest way to find a course is to use Search, which you can do by country, city, course title, etc.

How do I register for a course?
Alongside each course title, you will see the linked text Schedule & Pricing, which will take you to all the available schedules related to your search.

Find the schedule you would like to attend and add it to your cart. Click the shopping cart up in the right-hand corner and checkout the course by adding your billing information.

What if I run into problems when registering or paying for a course?

How can I check my registration status?
Go to your account, in the upper right-hand corner and you will see all your registrations, which can have one of the following statuses:

  • Confirmed: you have paid, and your seat is confirmed.
  • In progress: you have not yet paid, and your seat yet is not yet confirmed.
  • Waiting list: the class is full, but you will be contacted if a seat becomes available.

What if I can´t find a class scheduled when or where I need it?
Please contact your local Axis office, and we will try to find a course that suits you: Contact us

What if I need to cancel my registration?
Go to your account, found in the upper right corner and find your registrations. Click the Cancel button.

How do I pay for my training?
When checking out your courses, you can choose your payment method.

To pay by invoice or bank transfer, select the option Invoice/ bank transfer. You will receive an acknowledgement email directly, and an invoice will be sent to you.

Credit card payment is only available in some countries. Where available, select Credit card and you will be redirected to a page where you enter your card information. Your seat and payment will be confirmed immediately.
