How does it work?

Axis Quickstart Service works like this:

1. We agree with you on the scope of the help you need.  
2. We set up a time for an Axis Support Technician to spend up to two hours assisting you.
3. The technician places a phone call to your system integrator onsite.
4. The technician establishes a remote connection to the system to be configured.
5. The technician goes through the previously agreed-on configurations while explaining the process to your system integrator.
6. The technician guides your system integrator through as many configurations as are possible within the two-hour time limit.
7. If previously agreed, we deliver a recording of the session for you to use as training material in the future.

How to purchase Axis Quickstart Service?

Description: Axis Quickstart Service (2 hours), is a remote live support and education service for AXIS Camera Station installations including Axis S-series. The service is scheduled beforehand and is delivered by an Axis support technician speaking English, to guide and to educate the staff that is on-site to carry out the installation. A short agreement about the service is delivered at purchase, which needs to be signed between the Axis partner/installer/reseller and Axis.
Availability: Ingram Micro GmbH (DACH) and Alltron AG (Switzerland)

 

After the purchase:

The Axis partner/reseller receives a four-page agreement that establishes the scope of the service delivery from Axis, whereafter the detailed planning can be made together. The service as then delivered by Axis on the agreed date and time.
