Please see below for answers to some of the most common questions related to registrations for classroom, virtual classroom and online courses. If you can’t find your answer here, please contact our support, who will be happy to assist you.

To browse and register for the available courses you will need to log in with a MyAxis account. If you don’t already have one, you can simply create one free of charge. Please note that it’s important to register your name, company and e-mail address correctly - as these will be used on your training account and will also be printed on the certificates that you earn.

How do I find the course I want to attend?
The easiest way to find a course is to use the Search feature, which lets you filter by country, city, course title, etc.
How do I register for a course?
Alongside each course title you will see the linked text Schedule & Pricing, which will take you to all the available schedules related to your search. You can see when and where the course is available, and the duration of each class.
Find the schedule you would like to attend and add it to your cart. Click on the shopping basket in the upper right-hand corner and check out the course by confirming your personal data and adding your billing information. Finalize the registration by clicking Finish. You are now registered for the course and will receive an email.
How can I pay for my training?
During checkout you can choose your payment method.
To pay by invoice or bank transfer, select the option Invoice/ bank transfer. You will receive an acknowledgement email directly, and an invoice will be sent to you.
Credit card payment is only available in some countries. Where available, select Credit card and you will be redirected to a page where you can enter your card information. Your seat and payment will be confirmed immediately.
What if I run into problems when registering or paying for a course?
How can I check my registration status
Go to My account in the upper right-hand corner, where you’ll find all your registrations, which can have one of the following statuses:
Confirmed: you have paid, and your seat is confirmed.
In progress: you have not yet paid, and your seat yet is reserved but not yet confirmed.
Waiting list: the class is full, but you will be contacted if a seat becomes available.
What if I can't find a class scheduled when or where I need it?
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Go to My account in the upper right corner and find your registrations. Click the Cancel button.
I have not received the email I was expecting – What should I do?
Check your spam filter to see if the email has been trapped there.
How do I access the online course that I’ve registered for?
You will get immediate access to the online course when registered. There are four ways of accessing the course:
At the end of the registration process: “Click here to start the eLearning course”
Via the Thank you for registering email: “You can launch the eLearning course by following this link”
In your account, my registrations: click Launch.
After registration, in the course catalog: click Launch.
Note that you can take the course multiple times if you need to, and you can stop anywhere you like and continue later.
