Our OSDP readers complement Axis network door controllers and Axis credentials offering seamless integration in an Axis end-to-end solution. They support most types of smart RFID card standards with 13.56MHz for secure and seamless touch-free entry. They’re easy to install on single gang boxes or mounted on the wall. OSDP Secure Profile verification guarantees seamless interoperability with Axis and third-party access control systems that support OSDP. What’s more, they can be remotely managed by Axis network door controllers, allowing you to access new features, configure the device, and apply security updates from anywhere. 

Robust security

These IP65-, IK07-rated devices are built to handle tough conditions indoors and out. They’re ideal for exposed exterior doors and gates, delivering strong protection against both cyber and physical threats. Built-in cybersecurity supports secure onboarding, while Secure Channel Protocol (SCP) ensures encrypted, bidirectional communication. EAL6+ Certified Secure Element and tamper detection offer added protection. Plus, transparent mode provides secure end-to-end encryption where encryption keys are stored on the door controller rather than on the reader. This helps prevent key theft if the reader is ever tampered with.
