AXIS P56 Series comprises cost-effective, high-performance HDTV PTZ network cameras for wide area video surveillance indoors or outdoors.

The outdoor-ready AXIS P56 Series features: continuous 360° pan, day/night functionality with great low light performance, Axis’ Wide Dynamic Range – Forensic Capture (120 dB) that provides details in both very bright and dark areas of a scene, focus recall that provides instant focus in a predefined area, shock detection that sends an alarm when the camera is hit, intelligent video such as Advanced Gatekeeper, Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) and an SD card slot for local storage of recordings. These network cameras also include Zipstream technology that significantly reduces bandwidth and storage requirements.

AXIS P5655-E also features Lightfinder 2.0 for capturing low-light images with more saturated colors and sharper images of moving objects, electronic image stabilization (EIS), as well as enhanced security features such as signed firmware and secure boot.
