AXIS Camera Station Pro records and manages video locally from Axis network cameras, providing full control over live viewing, playback, and system management. Video is stored on local servers based on retention and performance needs. 

Wasabi Surveillance Cloud extends the system via cloud bridge software that securely transfers video in the background to Wasabi hot cloud storage without disrupting operations. Uploads follow defined policies such as scheduling, retention, or offsite backup. Video is protected for long-term retention, disaster recovery, and compliance, while primary access and management remain in the VMS.
