“Missing Features” is a suite of applications for Axis cameras that adds capabilities not available by default, enabling users to build custom solutions without coding through a visual, node-based workflow. It includes advanced parking management features such as multi-zone control, license plate recognition, access rules, and real-time monitoring with detailed statistics. The system also supports scene analysis triggers based on camera metadata, as well as automated image capture and timelapse creation via SD card storage. Additional tools allow tracking of parking durations, managing license plate allow/deny lists, and detecting specific colors in defined areas for event triggering. A notification service rounds out the suite by sending SMS or voice alerts through supported gateways when critical events occur.
