We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support growth cross APAC. Based in Tokyo, Japan, you’ll work closely with Inside Sales Account Executives and sales and marketing teams. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation Operations, APAC

What You’ll Do

• Lead Generation: Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound sales campaigns to drive new business.
• CRM Management: Maintain Salesforce data integrity, verify  new partners and ensure all account and contact data is validated.
• Partner Activation: Activate dormant partner accounts and verify newly registered partners in the leads portal.
• Market Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and generate high-quality leads for Account Executives.
• Marketing Collaboration: Drive Learning Management System (LMS) activities and represent Axis at B2B marketing events and AEC visits.

What you’ll bring

• Experience: at least 5 years in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development roles.
• Local Expertise: Currently based in Tokoy, Japan, with a strong track record in the local market.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io.
• Sales Skills: Proven success in prospecting, booking high-volume meetings, and exceeding sales quotas. Strong sales, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Communication: Strong Japanese and English communication skills to engage with local leads and collaborate with regional teams. A solid understanding of sales methodologies i.e; equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or above
