Key Account Coordinator, Southeast

We are looking for a Key Account Coordinator who is more than just an organizer—we need a proactive powerhouse. You will be the operational engine that keeps our Key Account Managers (KAMs) moving, ensuring our biggest clients are supported, and our long-term strategic goals are met. You will bridge the gap between sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for our most important customers. This is a full time in-office position and can be based in our Axis Experience Center in Ft Lauderdale, FL or Atlanta, GA.

What You’ll Do:

• Relationship Support: Partner with Key Account Managers to cultivate strategic end-customer relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Manage approved model lists, pricing strategies, and project rollouts to ensure standardization and timely delivery.
• Strategic Research: Analyze customer organizations to identify organizational changes and new points of contact.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the glue between Sales Development Representativess, Operations, Technical Services, and Marketing.
• Master Documentation: Own the "source of truth" for assigned accounts, including meeting notes, account plans, and sales reports.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in inside sales, account management, business development, or project coordination.
• Environment: Proven experience working in technical sales or solution-based selling environments.
• Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of networking infrastructure.
• Mobility: Ability to travel up to 30% annually.

Pay range: The approximate pay range for this location and position is $75k-85K OTE (80%=Base and 20%=Commission). Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
