Healthcare grant opportunities

Funding to support states enhance and implement activities to improve access, quality, and outcomes of rural healthcare. The Technology Innovations goal within this Program aims to use advanced technologies like telehealth, digital tools, and improved cybersecurity to make rural healthcare delivery more efficient, secure, and accessible for patients and providers.

Provides funding to eligible healthcare providers (HCPs) and consortia to help cover the costs of telecommunications and broadband services. Funds can be used to purchase services, end-user equipment, and, for consortia, network management equipment. The program covers 65% of costs, with applicants contributing the remaining 35%.

Strengthens state, local, tribal, and territorial public health capabilities through continuous planning, training, and equipping. Its primary goal is to prevent and reduce illness and death from emergencies, ensuring rapid recovery by enabling timely interventions, maintaining operations, communicating risks, and coordinating responses during public health incidents.
