Overview

AXIS is committed to compliance with all applicable export control laws and regulations pertaining to its operations, including but not limited to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730 et seq.) and the European Union Dual Use regulation (EU) 2021/821. This commitment extends to promoting strict compliance on an on-going basis with the terms and conditions of such export controls.

AXIS products may be subject to U.S. and EU export control regulations, among other national export control legislations. As an exporter you have a legal obligation to comply with all applicable legislation, including, but not limited to, classification of the products you (re)export. Due to this, we recommend you to always consult and comply with the regulations of the appropriate governmental authorities and ensure proper licensing and authorizations for (re)export. Exports, re-exports or transfer of any Axis commodity, technology, or software subject to export control must be done in accordance with applicable legislation, which might require an appropriate export authorization. Such (re)export or transfer, directly or indirectly, of Axis items to prohibited and/or sanctioned parties according to applicable export control legislation is not allowed. Axis will prevent any use of Axis items for any purpose prohibited by applicable export control laws and regulations, including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation. Failure to comply with applicable legislations may result in penalties and/or termination of partnership.

Axis makes product Classification Number (ECCN) and HS/HTS classifications available for informational purposes only and the classifications are subject to change without notice. Anyone importing or exporting/re-exporting an Axis item is solely responsible for assuring the ECCN and HS/HTS they use is correct based on their local regulations. Further, Axis does not provide guidance regarding the exportability of its products, software or technology. Since the exporter is responsible for determining the proper authorization for shipment, we recommend you to always consult and comply with the regulations of the appropriate local government authorities and ensure proper licensing and authorizations for export or re-export.

Products with ECCN (Export control classification number) ending with "99x" are subject to US extraterritorial legislation due to content of components and /or technology of US origin. US-restrictions will apply when these products are re-exported from EU.
