I’m a Level II Technical Services Engineer and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our body worn camera solutions. Beyond handling complex cases, I serve on our triage team. My role there is to evaluate incoming tickets based on urgency, region, and impact to ensure our most critical issues are prioritized and no partner is left waiting.
