Global Sourcing

Global Sourcing ensures Axis has a resilient and sustainable supplier base that delivers maximum value, both commercially and technically. This team of dedicated professionals is responsible for qualifying and developing high-performing partners, ensuring they meet our strict standards for sustainability, quality, and innovation.

Being part of Global Sourcing, you lead the way by establishing and executing commodity and component purchase strategies across the entire product lifecycle. By focusing on long-term supplier excellence (excluding EMS), you provide the vital foundation needed to support Axis’s growth and maintain our reputation for reliability in a complex global market.

Global Supply Chain

Global Supply Chain drives excellence through five dedicated functions: Demand & Supply, Order Fulfillment, Reverse Supply Chain, Trade Compliance & Logistics, and Supply Chain Projects. Together, they orchestrate every stage of our end-to-end process: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Reverse.

By integrating these vital roles, we ensure a seamless flow of products and services worldwide. From strategic planning and sourcing to final delivery and responsible returns. Operations Development

In this team, your mission is to challenge, develop, and enable the Operations department to excel in its strategy. You drive profitable growth by leading end-to-end supply chain transformations that align process design, people, and technology. By managing the cross-functional project portfolio, you ensure synergy between Operations and key departments like Information Systems, Global Sales, and R&D.

Crucially, you help spearhead the digitalization agenda. You are responsible for advancing analytics, BI, and data management, ensuring that data-driven insights empower the organization to stay ahead in an evolving market.
