AXIS Q2802-E combines a high-resolution thermal sensor and a 4K visual sensor. It uses thermal imaging technology to deliver outstanding thermal detection and verification. With NETD <20mK, it offers extremely high thermal sensitivity with a low false alarm rate. Four lens options are available for wider and narrower fields of view. This bispectral camera can detect objects using the thermal video stream and confirm detections with the visual image. Plus, thermal visual image fusion seamlessly fuses the thermal and visual images into one clear image for enhanced scene understanding, faster response times, and smarter decision-making. 

Featuring a deep learning processing unit (DLPU), this AI-based camera runs powerful analytics on the edge. It also delivers valuable metadata, facilitating fast, easy, and efficient forensic search capabilities in live or recorded video. With AXIS Object Analytics preinstalled on the visual video stream, you can detect, classify, track, and count humans, vehicles, and types of vehicles. Or you can use AXIS Perimeter Defender (sold separately) on the thermal video stream for reliable long-range detection and classification of humans and vehicles intruding on your property.
