Our recruitment process

Application and screening

This is where your journey begins! Our recruitment team or hiring manager will review your application. This may include a brief phone screening to discuss your aspirations.

First interview

You’ll meet the hiring manager to discuss your competencies, experience, and suitability for the role and the team.

Second interview

This stage usually involves the hiring manager’s manager and an HR Business Partner, focusing on cultural fit and alignment with Axis values.

We will request references to learn more about your professional background from previous colleagues or managers.

Offer
