OSDP readers for high security installations

OSDP readers are designed for seamless use with Axis network door controllers and credentials, enabling secure, touch-free entry. These IP65-, IK07-rated devices can handle tough conditions indoors and out. They’re ideal for exterior doors and gates, delivering strong protection against both cyber and physical threats. Built-in cybersecurity supports secure onboarding, while Secure Channel Protocol (SCP) ensures encrypted, bidirectional communication. EAL6+ Certified Secure Element and tamper detection offer added protection. Plus, transparent mode provides secure end-to-end encryption where encryption keys are stored on the door controller rather than on the reader.

AXIS A4610 Network Reader. Smooth access, less cabling, remote management

IP readers for great scalability

Our all-in-one IP readers include everything needed to manage the full door, including the door lock and door position sensors. It’s easy to add more readers and scale your system as your needs grow. Using Power over Ethernet (PoE), they connect to the network with a single cable for both power and connectivity. And there’s no need to wire back from the door controller to the reader ensuring streamlined, cost-efficient installation with less cabling. Designed for use with Axis network door controllers, you can connect up to 16 readers to one door controller.  And you can even update software and manage access rights remotely, ensuring lower costs and higher security.

Flexible and easy mobile access

With Bluetooth technology, AXIS A4612 Network Bluetooth® Reader makes it easy for visitors to access your premises by simply tapping in the AXIS Mobile Credential application. In fact, they can even leave their phone in their pocket, and just tap the reader itself. It also supports most types of RFID card standards with 13.56MHz credential technologies. Suitable for both small and larger installations, this cost-effective device offers flexible and easy installation.
