Clear images in all directions

AXIS Q61 PTZ Camera Series features Axis Sharpdome technology, which provides full scene fidelity and perfect image quality in all directions – above as well as below the horizon. This makes the series uniquely suitable when there is slightly uneven terrain. Sharpdome technology features speed dry, which ensures clarity in rainy weather and supports efficient, high-pressure cleaning by removing the water drops from the dome.

Cameras for demanding surveillance

The series include models with OptimizedIR for surveillance in total darkness. Some of the cameras feature Lightfinder technology for true colors in low light and WDR - Forensic Capture up to 120dB, for difficult lighting conditions. All the cameras in AXIS Q61 Series can withstand extreme temperatures up to 74 °C (165 °F) according to NEMA TS2, and all the way down to -50 °C (-58 °F). Start up at -40 °C (-40 °F) is possible thanks to Arctic Temperature Control. In addition, the series support automatic defog, which, automatically detects fog and filters it out for clearer images.
