With a low false alarm rate, police can act upon reliable alarms and, for instance, quickly stop vehicles driving the wrong way. Based on an open platform, AXIS Q1686-DLE is compatible with traffic monitoring systems and platforms. It can be used to trigger other devices, for instance, a strobe light to warn and deter wrong-way drivers. What’s more, generated metadata can be gathered and visualized in a dashboard for valuable insights.
