How it works

Lumana connects to Axis cameras and other devices via its Core device, a Network Video Recorder (NVR). The Core device runs AI at the Edge for lowest latency and the ability to continue working when there is an internet connectivity outage. Lumana's Video Management System resides in the cloud, providing a rich user interface to search videos via free-text, take action on alerts, manage access control and oversee security operations.
