These smart door controllers deliver everything needed to manage access through a single PoE cable for fast, efficient installation. Edge‑based intelligence keeps doors fully operational even if the network goes down, while multi‑door options support larger deployments. Designed for new or retrofit projects, they integrate easily into centralized Axis or third‑party cabinets and provide complete control for up to eight doors, 16 OSDP readers, and 16 powerful locks.

Reliable and secure access

Axis Edge Vault, a hardware-based cybersecurity platform, safeguards the device and protects sensitive information from unauthorized access. It also ensures cryptographic keys are safely and securely stored in the onboard EAL6+ Certified compute module. Axis network door controllers are Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) Verified to ensure secure bidirectional communication. Additionally, they offer flexible and secure authentication using different types of credentials such as card or PIN codes, Bluetooth and dynamic QR Codes for visitor access, and license plates for vehicle access. What’s more, multi-factor authentication ensures enhanced security.
