In your first interview, you will meet one of our recruiters. This interview will focus on competences, and suitability for the role and team.

For the second interview, you'll meet the recruiting manager and dive deeper into role specifics, competencies, and cultural fit.

For the third interview, we will provide you with a business case a week in advance. Now, we’ll focus on execution of the business case task, while you'll get the chance to meet some of your future colleagues.

Final interview

In the final interview you will meet with the manager of the hiring manager and discuss company values and your experience in the recruitment process.
