Application and screening

After applying, successful candidates will start with a 30–45-minute virtual interview with the hiring manager to discuss the role and your background.

First interview

Next, you’ll meet with HR and 3-4 potential team members for a deeper dive into your skills. This 2–3-hour session can be in-person or virtual via Microsoft Teams.

Second interview

At your nearest Axis office, you'll complete a comprehensive evaluation including: a small project, an in-person interview with senior leadership, and receive feedback on your behavioral assessment.
