What is the purpose of Axis Intro Days?

We want to provide our new colleagues with an inspirational and memorable onboarding experience. Employees gain valuable insights by meeting our leadership teams and colleagues from around the world, while deepening the understanding of Axis history and culture.

Hosting these events in Lund allows everyone to experience this firsthand. It is also a wonderful opportunity to network; the connections you make here are essential to your career and can provide support for years to come.

How important is Axis Intro Days for our culture?
