Why can’t I log in to my AXIS Camera Station server from the mobile app?
There are several things you should verify:
- Make sure the server is still running on the IP address.
- Test the user credentials on a remote AXIS Camera Station client in the same network to verify if the user credentials are correct.
- Due to a current limitation on the mobile app, if you entered invalid password more than twice within 30 minutes (the value can be different, depending on the account lockout policy setting in Windows active directory), the account may be locked up and you need to ask the system administrator of your server to unlock the account.
