Why do I get a message saying “You need to set the video format to H.264”?
Only H.264 streams can be viewed in AXIS Camera Station mobile app. If a video profile is configured to use MJPEG or MPEG-4, the mobile app will automatically switch to the next closest video profile. If no H.264 stream is available in any video profile, the error message “You need to set the video format to H.264” will be displayed.
