Why doesn’t the AXIS Device Manager Extend site controller find my devices?

1. Check discovery options are enabled on the devices.

2 Check the site controller can ping the camera network, and that ports 5353 and 1900 are open.

3. Try adding the device subnet to the site controller specifically (Settings > subnet).
