Important information

Certain training facilities are fully equipped, others are not. Our partner in charge of the training will inform you if you are required to bring a working laptop computer to participate in the training. The specifications are the following:

  • Pentium III CPU minimum or better (Core 2 Duo 1.6GHz minimum preferred)
  • 1 GB System RAM (2 GB preferred)
  • Graphics adaptor capable of delivering XGA (1024x768) with minimum 128MB RAM
  • Windows Vista, Windows XP Pro or Windows Server 2003/2008 Windows Internet Explorer 7 or later (Firefox/Safari ok, but they don’t use Active X – screens will look and some functionality will be different or missing)
  • DVD Player
  • 10/100MB network connection full duplex
  • Windows.net framework 2.0 or later
  • MAC computers can be used (not recommended) running in Windows mode
  • Windows Media Player 11

Note: You must have ability to set the IP address for your PC.
