Coste total de propiedad (TCO)

Un modelo de coste total de propiedad (TCO) calcula todos los costes asociados a un sistema durante todo su ciclo de vida. Sin embargo, hay muy pocos ejemplos publicados de TCO en el sector de la vigilancia.

Axis ha realizado un estudio integral sobre TCO para un ejemplo sistema de videovigilancia urbano a gran escala en el que se tienen en cuenta 40 costes relacionados con diferentes componentes y etapas del sistema. El TCO presenta ejemplos de costes e indica los ámbitos en los que centrarse para ayudar a reducir costes y mejorar la calidad de la solución.
