This prevents disclosing camera passwords during a man-in-the-middle attack. * Improved searching for link-local devices on multiple network interfaces. * Fixed several issues where the server wrongly indicated an unexpected shutdown had taken place. * Fixed an issue where a device would wrongly indicate that the password would be sent unencrypted. New features in 4.22.026 ============================== * Camera model AXIS Q3617 is now supported * Improvements for handling of future products New features in 4.22.023 ============================== * Firmware upgrade is supported for camera firmware 6.20 New features in 4.22.019 ============================== * Fixed an issue with parsing some firmware files * Fixed an issue where upgrade firmware operations would abort uploading a firmware to a camera after 90 seconds. The intended timeout of 30min for ACM is now specified. * When assigning IP addresses to multiple devices, IP addresses are assigned to the devices starting with the first MAC address. * Fixed a server crash with camera firmware 6.10 during restore point and device configuration (due to lack of default stream profile). New features in 4.22.014 ============================== * Added support for English, German, French and Italian * Improved handling of many simultaneous HTTP requests: Performance should be improved during nightly refresh for large installations with more than 500 devices * Now possible to install ACAPs with no APPID * Validated support for Windows 10 Pro * Fixed searching for devices using Bonjour on Windows 10 New features in 4.21.014 ============================== * Improved how database transactions are done when there are many elements: This makes ACM more stable in large installations. * AXIS C3003-E Network Horn Speaker can now be added to ACM * Fixed a couple of rare issues stopping a user from creating and applying restore points: This could occur when the camera had unexpected values on one of its parameters. * Fixed an issue with upgrade firmware using a low bandwidth connection * Fixed issue with not being able to add devices with firmware version 5.70 and anonymous viewer enabled New features in 4.20.035 ============================== ---------------------------------- Device Configuration improvements: ---------------------------------- * The values in a configuration file can be changed/deselected before it is applied to devices. * The multiple choice dialog about which source to load the configuration from has been removed. * Configuration source is now chosen in the dialog showing parameters etc. By default all parameters the devices (selected by the user) have in common are shown. ------------------------------ Upgrade firmware improvements: ------------------------------ * The batch size for firmware upgrade has been changed from 25 to 40 parallel upgrades per server. * An instruction text is shown in the upgrade firmware dialog if there are no firmware to choose from. * It is possible to deselect models to not upgrade them. Models with no upgrade will be deselected by default. * Browse to firmware is now a button. It will automatically detect which model the firmware can be applied to. Multiple files can be selected at once. * Firmware files put in "C:\ProgramData\Axis Communications\AXIS Camera Management Server\FirmwareFiles" will be added to the database when "check for updates" is triggered by the client. This can be used when the user want to use a method other than ACM to transfer the firmware files. -------------------------- Upgrade firmware settings: -------------------------- * Choosing the upgrade order, parallel or sequence, is now done in "Upgrade Firmware Settings" found in the options menu instead of in the firmware upgrade dialog. This setting is saved on the server and is used for all firmware upgrades. * Automatic check for updates can be configured in the "Upgrade Firmware Settings". Option are "Never" or at client startup. * It is possible to turn off checking against axis.com meaning ACM will only detect local firmware files for check for updates. ------------------ Notification area: ------------------ * A new notification area has been added just above the device list. This will mean that the version information is downloaded to ACM at client startup. When clicking the notification it will prompt the user for MyAxis credentials. * New notification prompting the user if any devices can be upgraded to a new firmware. When clicking the notification the firmware upgrade dialog will be opened with suggested changes. * A setting in Options->Customize allows the user to turn these notifications off. ----- Misc: ----- * We now use the latest VMD2 version 2.2 in the ACAP wizard. * Unacknowledged alarms are now shown in the alarm bar when the client starts.
