Virtual Inputs extends the existing "Manual Trigger" with 32 additional. 5.60.1:F15 AXIS ACAP Applications, the behavior for AXIS Cross Line Detection 1.x and AXIS Video Motion Detection 2.x has been improved, making it less prone to false detection on small objects. 5.60.1:F16 Centralized Certificate Management, certificates for HTTPS and 802.1x are now managed in one place. The firmware also includes a number of pre-installed CA certificates such as Verisign, Thawt and GeoTrust. 5.60.1:F17 Improved Constant Bitrate Control, the Constant Bit Rate (CBR) will now adjust to target bit rate quicker. 5.60.1:F18 SSH (Secure Shell), a command line interface is added to the camera that may be used for specific support and maintenance activities. Note that, SSH is not enabled by default. 5.60.1:F19 Firmware 5.60 extends the ACAP SDK which gives new possibilities to develop ACAPƒ_Ts. It is also possible to enable multiple ACAP applications to run simultaneously. 5.60.1:F20 Axis is now extending SNMP with AXIS Video MIB (Management Information Base). The Video MIB enables notification of a number of possible disruptions in Axis products such as fan failure, temperature limits, storage disruptions, tampering, video/audio connectors disconnect, etc via SNMP traps. Available traps depend on the Axis product. A MIB is released for Axis products. See http://www.axis.com/techsup/software/index.htm for more information. 5.60.1:F21 Axis firmware now has the ability to auto-format an SD card to a specified file system upon insertion. This will allow an easy installation of a new SD card that will be formatted automatically to a preselected file system, mounted and recording will be resumed. 5.60.1:F22 Edge Storage recording makes it possible to indicate, e.g. on the Live view, that an edge storage recording is ongoing. This allows the operator to be notified if a recording of scene is ongoing or not. 5.60.1:F23 The Live View page is updated with responsive design and scales with different screen resolutions and browser window sizes. This will allow the user to always see the complete page without the need to scroll. 5.60.1:F24 The Export Video Clip capability enables the export of recordings directly from the camera to a PC or a smartphone. Select the wanted portion of an Edge Storage recording from your camera and export them as playable video file to a client. The exported recording will be one playable matroska file. 5.60.1:F25 SSH command line interface to the products that may be used for specific support and maintenance activities was introduced in 5.50. SSH is now the only supported protocol to establish a connection and telnet is not supported anymore. SSH is not enabled by default but can be activated by an API. Corrections in 5.60.1 since 5.40.3.5 ==================================== 5.60.1:C01 It's now possible to record audio clips with no (0) wait time. 5.60.1:C02 Ongoing recordings will be accessible and possible to download from the web interface after a restart initiated in the web interface. 5.60.1:C03 AXIS Media Control client will continue to display the H.264 video stream after the PC has been locked and unlocked. 5.60.1:C04 Video overlay text size can now be set for each individual stream profile. 5.60.1:C05 On Windows shares, upload paths for events no longer needs to be created on the share before use. 5.60.1:C06 Fix for AMC with IE10 when using IPv6 is included. 5.60.1:C07 To increase robustness, a retry of 10 seconds is added for an action rule. If action fails it will retry until it succeeds or until the rule is no longer active. 5.60.1:C08 Video performance is no longer affected by ip address filtering. 5.60.1:C09 Log messages from Action engine now includes information regarding which action rule triggered the event. 5.60.1:C10 The Axis Java Applet is now signed with a trusted certificate. For more information on supported Java versions, see http://www.axis.com/techsup/. 5.60.1:C11 Problem with creating email recipient with action rule on Mac OS with Safari browser is solved. Known Bugs/Limitations ====================== 5.60.1:L01 When the automatic IR cut filter enables/disables the IR cut filter, it may trigger motion detection. 5.60.1:L02 Automatic IR Cut Filter will not work if Auto Iris is off. 5.60.1:L03 Recording streams to SD Card with a total bit rate above 12Mbit/sec may cause missing frames/sequences. 5.60.1:L04 90 and 270 rotation can cause a drop in frame rate. 5.60.1:L05 If max gain is set to a low value, e.g. 0, the IR cut filter may not switch back on automatically. 5.60.1:L06 To avoid corrupt recordings, it is recommended to unmount the SD Card before ejecting it. 5.60.1:L07 Private keys need to be in a PKCS#1 format in order to function when installing Certificates. 5.60.1:L08 For low contrast scenes, false positives or negatives may occur because there is not enough information for the Tampering alarm. 5.60.1:L09 The ipv6.class field will have the same value in all IPv6 packages. The class field value depends on the value of the DSCP setting. 5.60.1:L10 Reboot is necessary after enabling SOCKS. 5.60.1:L11 When changing active https-certificate, the device needs to be restarted before it becomes active. 5.60.1:L12 When upgrading to the firmware 5.60, the Edge Storage database might take a couple of minutes to migrate to the new database system. Make sure to not remove power or SD card during the first few minutes after upgrading the device. Edge Storage recordings used with 5.60 products will not show recordings when downgraded to previous firmware. The recordings will however still be present on the card but not accessible. 5.60.1:L13 Time modifiers used in the field "Create folder" is only used upon activation of the rule, hence no new folders are created with the current time during an active rule. To have new folders created with time modifiers you should add them in the "Base filename". 5.60.1:L14 Depending on the used resolution privacy mask marking may be slightly moved when saving the settings. 5.60.1:L15 Custom Exposure windows is not visible in Chrome and Firefox. Please use Internet Explorer. 5.60.1:L16 Longer connection disruptions towards the Network storage during playback of a recording from the Network storage may affect the possibilities to setup new video streaming also some time after reconnection. Ongoing live streaming will not be affected. 5.60.1:L17 The possibility to control individual streams in an aggregate session is removed. This means that a client that starts an RTSP session which includes both audio and video will not be able to pause only one of the medias while the other keeps streaming. If the client needs to do this then it must set up two separate RTSP sessions, one for the audio and one for the video. 5.60.1:L18 To be able to seek in exported mkv recordings you need to use AXIS Matroska File Splitter, see axis.com. Files are playable both with and without AXIS Matroska File Splitter. 5.60.1:L19 If setting the video stream resolution to an unsupported value it's not possible to start streaming without specifying a valid resolution or correcting the video stream resolution to a supported resolution. 5.60.1:L20 SNMP OID that have been set are not kept after reboot. 5.60.1:L21 Once "Custom" Exposure Windows is chosen within the Java Exposure applet the browser login window keeps asking for credentials until you use root as login credentials.
