Known Bugs/Limitations ====================== 5.41.3:L01 Limiting the bandwith to lower than 100kbit/s may lead to losing contact with the camera. 5.41.3:L02 An uploaded bitmap overlay is made partially transparent unconditionally (black color). 5.41.3:L03 Maximum brightness will not result in a white image. 5.41.3:L04 No more than 4 privacy masks can be placed so close together that they are in the same view at any given time. 5.41.3:L05 Stream profile names are limited to alphanumerical characters. 5.41.3:L06 If RTSP authentication is switched off, streaming H.264 with QuickTime and other Apple compatible clients will not work as they require authentication of the RTSP, but do not allow HTTP authentication. 5.41.3:L07 Using ONVIF, the camera declares that is supports the Normalized Digital Zoom spaces but the camera does not and should not support those spaces. 5.41.3:L08 The ONVIF command 'gotoHomePosition' will go to the home position at a very slow speed, it will not use the default speed. 5.41.3:L09 If PTZ limits are changed the camera must be restarted for the changes to be applied to the ONVIF API. 5.41.3:L10 If a Go to Preset movement includes an AutoFlip, the image will freeze during the whole movement. When the movement is done, the stream will start again. Movement will also be done at full speed, regardles of the current speed configuration. 5.41.3:L11 Automatic IR Cut Filter will not work if Auto Iris is off. 5.41.3:L12 When the automatic IR cut filter enables/disables the IR cut filter, it may trigger motion detection. 5.41.3:L13 Removing a Guard Tour while another Guard Tour is running will stop and restart the ongoing Guard Tour. 5.41.3:L14 Pan/tilt coordinate directions presented in the text overlay (#x #y) will not be rotated along with the image when rotation is 180. 5.41.3:L15 The image is always showed with zero rotation at the OSDI Zone Setup. 5.41.3:L16 Recording streams to SD Card with a total bit rate above 12Mbit/sec may cause missing frames/sequences. 5.41.3:L17 If a customer is trying to upload a very large file instead of a valid language file, a "404 page cannot be displayed" page is shown. 5.41.3:L18 If no Home Position is set, the camera will point straight down after booting. 5.41.3:L19 The 60Hz model has few pixels wide black column at the side of the image. 5.41.3:L20 Zoom response is very slow when using the mouse scroll wheel in AMC. 5.41.3:L21 Pan/tilt/zoom control does not work using Java Applet if the Control Queue is enabled. 5.41.3:L22 Firefox can sometimes show white image flicker at the bottom of the video stream. This occurs on Windows XP and Windows Vista with Firefox versions 3.6.3-3.6.6 (possibly on later versions aswell). 5.41.3:L23 When the camera is in RFL-mode (after a failed upgrade), flash loading it with Firefox may sometimes not work. Use Internet Explorer instead. 5.41.3:L24 Color parameter has no effect when pulling RTSP stream with color=0. 5.41.3:L25 Frame Size Control does not affect size of the snapshot taken with the upper right control that can be added to the Live View. 5.41.3:L26 Constant bit rate might fluctuate more than 10%. 5.41.3:L27 Events triggered at the same time, will by default settings share the same filename. This may result in upload of corrupted image. 5.41.3:L28 It is recommended to unmount the SD Card before ejecting it. 5.41.3:L29 Recordings made on the SD Card with firmware version earlier than 5.20 will not be readable from the 5.40 firmware. Backup important recordings and reformat the SD Card after firmware upgrade. 5.41.3:L30 Check and repair is only available if the file system is ext4. 5.41.3:L31 When using action rule resulting in short recordings, it is recommended to extend post-event time. 5.41.3:L32 Date modifiers "%m-%d-%Y" are not formatted correctly when used with folder name, SMTP subject and message.
