UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS
====================

The firmware can be upgraded using Axis Camera Management, HTTP or FTP. Please 
follow the instructions from the user's manual, the web page at 
http://www.axis.com/techsup/cam_servers/how_to_upgrade.htm or the file named 
howtoupgrade.txt.


Release 5.40.5
=================

5.40.5 is the first official production service release for the AXIS M3025-VE.


Known Bugs/Limitations
======================

5.40.3:L01 Removing and reinserting SD card during recording is not recommendable.

5.40.3:L02 Moving a view area doesn't always work as expected.

5.40.3:L03 Multiple simultaneous recordings to SD cards and network shares can 
	   degrade the performance of the system.

5.40.3:L04 Using modifiers like %c in a network share upload event does not work.

5.40.3:L05 It's not possible to trigger action rules based on temperature.

5.40.3:L06 A combination of a high bandwidth continuous recording and a lot of small
	   recordings can result in disc full. The automatic clean up will stop at
	   that point and the user has to manually remove recordings.

5.40.5:L07 Script error when pressing Create Certificate Request.

5.40.5:L08 DSCP value for Event/Alarm over IPv4 is always 0.

5.40.5:L09 Changing DSCP values might prompt for password.

5.40.5:L10 Privacy mask can't be added in Chrome.

5.40.5:L11 Number of different configured video streams are limited by hardware.

5.40.5:L12 Zoom bar is disabled until using zoom buttons.

5.40.5:L13 Compression input field accepts all type of characters.
	   Description: No warning is shown if Compression is set to Negative number,
	   higher than MAX or a non-integer.

5.40.5:L14 IR illumination action when IR illumination is disabled.
	   Description: IR cut filter switches even when IR Illumination is disabled

5.40.5:L15 Preset Reached event may trigger before reaching preset.
