If in an A1001 controller cluster make sure to upgrade all controllers. Either all at a time using ADM or straight after each other using web interface or FTP. The entire cluster always needs to be on the same Firmware. If you encounter any issues when upgrading firmware - Contact Axis tech support. Never Downgrade/roll back your firmware without a full factory default of your product. New features in 1.65.4 ====================== 1.65.4:F1 Support to edit input debounce time for door monitor. Corrections in 1.65.4 ===================== 1.65.4:C1 Remove error code for deleting a batch of credentials with invalid token. 1.65.4:C2 Pullpoint event time stamp improvement to millisecond level. 1.65.4:C3 Corrected an issue that prevented the device from resolving DNS host names when used in combination with SNMP. Known Bugs/Limitations ====================== 1.65.4:L1 When in a controller cluster It is not possible to have an action rule with additional conditions or working on any other schedule than Always(no schedule) Nor is it possible to trigger on events originating from another controller in the cluster. 1.65.4:L2 If you have offline controllers in a controller cluster and try to remove one of the units that is online this requires a majority of all controllers being online excluding the controller being removed. 1.65.4:L3 Pressing 'save' on Date & Time page in Axis Entry Manager doesn't update the ticking clock on the page even though time is set. Refresh the page to see the current set time. 1.65.4:L4 After a firmware update, the web browser cache may need to be cleared to avoid seeing pages originating from the old firmware. 1.65.4:L5 During start up of the device the web server is reachable before other sub- systems are operational, possibly resulting in AEM showing 'Failed to retrieve device info' on its overview page if accessed during this time. Reloading the page a few seconds later will resolve this issue. 1.65.4:L6 There are some issues with using a newer version of the SmartIntego Tool to generate an importable csv file. The newer version includes the SmartHandle AX and it has an equipment string with a different format than the standard smart handles. This means that it will be rejected as an unsupported device. To fix this and have the SmartHandle AX be registered as traditional Smart Handles, do a search and replace in the csv file, replacing 'SI-S2.E0.01.AA.1.S08.M.WO' with 'SI.SHAS09A722CC1A'.
