This is the first release of this driver.


Known problems and limitations in version 2.02
==============================================

Note! Some limitations are also device type dependent and can behave
      different on different Daiwa devices.

2.02:1  To use this version of the driver, firmware 5.01 or higher
        is required.

2.02:2	Continuous pan move will stop after 360 degrees when using a Daiwa
        model DMP15-H1 unless user manually sends a new command with a
        _different_ speed than the previous. This is not a problem when using
        a Daiwa model DMP23-H2.

2.02:3	On Screen Display is not supported on the Daiwa model DMP23-H2.
