Release 5.55.1.1 ================= Corrections since 5.55.1 ========================= 5.55.1.1:C01 The Axis Java Applet is now signed with a trusted certificate. For more information on supported Java versions, see http://www.axis.com/techsup/. 5.55.1.1:C02 Optimized video pipeline for lower video latency. 5.55.1.1:C04 Changing focus near limit will not affect focus on already defined presets. 5.55.1.1:C05 Products running camerablock firmware: root.PTZ.UserAdv.U1.DeviceModVer="model:0019, version:0108" will be upgrade to: root.PTZ.UserAdv.U1.DeviceModVer="model:0019, version:010b" During the camera block upgrade the following message will be displayed in live view: "Camera block upgrade is ongoing, may take a few minutes..." DO NOT DISCONNECT POWER before the upgrade is completed. Known Bugs/Limitations ====================== 5.55.1:L01 When the automatic IR cut filter enables/disables the IR cut filter, it may trigger motion detection. 5.55.1:L02 Using control queue with Java Applet may result in wrong queue positions if switching between admin and viewer users. 5.55.1:L03 Loading the Live View page sometimes show the wrong type of zoom/focus/iris control bars if the device is not fully booted up. Reloading the web page will resolve the issue. 5.55.1:L04 Video motion detection will detect objects behind privacy masks. 5.55.1:L05 The live stream is not updated when using tilt arrows in some update revisions of IE9. The stream will update again once the mouse pointer is not hovering over the arrow icon. 5.55.1:L06 The ipv6.class field will have the same value in all IPv6 packages. The class field value depends on the value of the DSCP setting. 5.55.1:L07 Recording streams to SD Card with a total bit rate above 12Mbit/sec may cause missing frames/sequences. 5.55.1:L08 All installed ACAP will need to be re-installed after next firmware upgrade. 5.55.1:L09 When using an action rule resulting in short recordings, it is recommended to extend post-trigger time. 5.55.1:L10 Video performance might be degraded when ip address filtering is enabled. Disable network logging in plain config to increase performance. 5.55.1:L11 Upgrading the camera in IE10 from a slow disk such as a network-share might cause the upgrade info webpage to timeout. The camera will still be upgraded. 5.55.1:L12 Creating a stream profile with special characters does not work in Internet Explorer 5.55.1:L13 When requesting a videostream using video.cgi, the parameter color=0 will not result in a black&white image. 5.55.1:L14 Not possible to view live or recorded video in Internet Explorer 10 Modern UI in Microsoft Windows 8. 5.55.1:L15 Detector limitations * Only one instance of the detectors "object removed", "enter/exit", "fence" and "counter" can be activated at the same time. * Adjust the object size to the size of the objects to be detected. * The detected size might differ from the actual size, depending on the shape of the object. * Up to 16 detected objects can be displayed at the same time. * The video analysis capability may degrade in the following conditions: - The object is close to the camera. - The object color or brightness is similar to the background. - A major scene change. - The object is hidden behind other objects. - Two or more objects overlap. - The object is moving too fast. - Reflection, blur or shadow due to direct sunlight, illumination or headlamps. - Severe snow, rain, wind, dawn or dusk. 5.55.1:L16 IR-cut filter will block in day-mode if it switches on/off multiple times within 5 minutes in order to protect the hardware. The IR-cut filter will unlock again after detecting bright conditions or a user resend the "auto IR-cut" command. 5.55.1:L17 Area of interest will be reset when updating the object size without saving first in the "object removed", "enter/exit", "fence" and "counter" detectors. 5.55.1:L18 The Audio tab web page indicates loading until moving to a different tab or page.
