Known Bugs/Limitations ====================== 5.41.3.4:L01 In Internet Explorer 6, the live view may stop when pressing buttons in the live view interface. 5.41.3.4:L02 Limiting the bandwidth to lower than 100kbit/s may lead to losing contact with the camera. 5.41.3.4:L03 When the camera is in RFL-mode (after a failed upgrade), flash loading it with Firefox may sometimes not work. Use Internet Explorer instead. 5.41.3.4:L04 Live view may not work with QuickTime. Try disabling direct3d acceleration in QuickTime. 5.41.3.4:L05 Events triggered by multiple input ports may not always work. 5.41.3.4:L06 Recording streams to SD Card with a total bit rate above 12Mbit/sec may cause missing frames/sequences. 5.41.3.4:L07 If a customer is trying to upload a very large file instead of a valid language file, a "404 page cannot be displayed" page is shown. 5.41.3.4:L08 The camera can not play an audio clip while a viewer is sending/ receiving audio from the camera. 5.41.3.4:L09 When the automatic IR cut filter enables/disables the IR cut filter, it may trigger motion detection. 5.41.3.4:L10 An uploaded audio clip must be less than 1.5MB. 5.41.3.4:L11 An uploaded bitmap overlay is made partially transparent unconditionally. 5.41.3.4:L12 With audio enabled, the initial connection latency may increase. 5.41.3.4:L13 No more than 4 privacy masks can be placed so close together that they are in the same view at any given time. 5.41.3.4:L14 Pan/tilt coordinate directions presented in the text overlay (#x #y) will not be rotated along with the image when rotation is 180. 5.41.3.4:L15 The image is always showed with zero rotation at the OSDI Zone Setup. 5.41.3.4:L16 Stream profile names are limited to alphanumerical characters. 5.41.3.4:L17 If RTSP authentication is switched off, streaming H.264 with QuickTime and other Apple compatible clients will not work as they require authentication of the RTSP, but do not allow HTTP authentication. 5.41.3.4:L18 A few black pixels can be seen on right edge of the picture in NTSC cameras. 5.41.3.4:L19 Color parameter has no effect when pulling RTSP stream with color=0. 5.41.3.4:L20 Frame Size Control does not affect size of the snapshot taken with the upper right control that can be added to the Live View. 5.41.3.4:L21 Date modifiers "%m-%d-%Y" are not formatted correctly when used with folder name, SMTP subject and message. 5.41.3.4:L22 Events triggered at the same time, will by default settings share the same filename. This may result in upload of corrupted image. 5.41.3.4:L23 It is recommended to unmount the SD Card before ejecting it. 5.41.3.4:L24 Recordings made on the SD Card with firmware version earlier than 5.20 will not be readable from the 5.40 firmware. Backup important recordings and reformat the SD Card after firmware upgrade. 5.41.3.4:L25 Check and repair is only available if the file system is ext4. 5.41.3.4:L26 When using action rule resulting in short recordings, it is recommended to extend post-event time.
