A holistic investment in employees, and their support, safety and well-being, among key elements.

On June 2, 2020 Axis Communications, Canada was recognized on the 2020 list of Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness. To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work-Certified™ in the past year and at least 80% of employees must agree their workplace is psychologically and emotionally healthy. The best organizations were determined based on the overall Mental Wellness Index score from employees.

“As with all of the Great Place to Work awards, this one means so much since it is determined by our employees,” said Keith D’Sa, Country Manager, Canada, Axis Communications, Inc. “The support, safety and well-being that we offer our employees—and that they themselves contribute to—are especially meaningful during challenging times. I am fortunate to work for an organization that makes a holistic investment in its people, and proud of our team in Canada.”

This award is the latest in a series of similar honours for Axis Canada. In January 2020, Axis Communications Canada was named on the 2020 list of Best Workplaces for Inclusion and in September 2019 on the 2019 list of Best Workplaces in technology in Canada. Axis Canada was also recognized in November 2018 as  Employer of the Year at the Mississauga Board of Trade’s (MBOT) 2018 Business Awards of Excellence and one of the 2018 Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work, ranking within the top five of workplaces with fewer than 100 employees within Canada. Additionally, Axis was named one of the 2018 Best Small & Medium Workplaces in the United States by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE.

With a diverse global workforce spanning sales, marketing, technical support and other corporate functions, Axis offers a wide range of professional experiences, opportunities and benefits, including career development, comprehensive benefits, diverse and innovative culture and work-life balance.
