Generate server report

If a problem occurs in your installation, and you are still able to access your camera, make sure to generate a server report. Downloading the server report creates a .zip file that contains information on things such as parameters, the network, system files, as well as a snapshot of the current live view image. The server report .zip file is of great value in solving your case, and should always be included when contacting support. 

How to generate a server report

  1. Navigate to your camera's home page and go to System > Maintenance > Reports.
  2. Click Download the server report.
