2N: Essentials

2N Essentials is a foundation course that provides hands-on experience and education on 2N products. While learners will become acquainted with the entire 2N portfolio, this course is specifically focused on 2N intercoms and answering units. From basic setup to advanced configurations, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities of 2N intercoms and answering units, including automation functions, VMS integration, and use of the HTTP API.

• Factory default, set network parameters, and locate 2N devices on a network
• Navigate and explain the different sections of the 2N interface
• Configure typical use cases between 2N intercoms, 2N answering units, and VoIP phones
• Explain and demonstrate 2N's automation feature
• Backup configurations and troubleshoot 2N devices
• Plan 2N projects and create a bill of materials

Installers/Technicians/Integrators/Security Professionals who want to learn more about the capabilities of 2N products and gain hands-on experience.

Registrants are strongly encouraged to complete the following pre-course modules in 2N Academy: 2N Products, Calling, Automation. Total duration 2 hours.
