Warranty information - United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America Limited hardware warranty Axis Communications Inc. warrants that the Axis products
listed below will be free from defects in workmanship and
materials for a period of one year from the date of original
end-user purchase. This warranty does not cover any damage
attributable to erroneous installation of the product.
Service contact: If service is needed, please contact the Axis reseller who sold the product or our technical support department at 1-800-444-2947 between the hours of 9AM and 5PM EST. If replacement is required, the unit will be replaced on an exchange basis without charge for parts or labor during the warranty and extended warranty periods. It is your responsibility to securely package the product in its original container or an equivalent, to provide the unit’s serial number and proof of original purchase date and to pay for shipping. The exchanged product may be a new or refurbished unit that meets Axis’ standard of quality. Exchanged products assume the remaining warranty period of the original product or 30 days, whichever is greater. If your defective unit is a discontinued Axis product, it will be replaced with the same product if available or by that product’s successive replacement. What this warranty does not cover: This warranty does not cover damage caused by willful or accidental mishandling, improper installation or environmental conditions including, but not limited to, electrical surges, water damage and heat exposure. This warranty is void if the unit is tampered with or altered in any way.
NOTE: This warranty does not cover Axis products purchased from an unauthorized auction house. Axis Inc. will not replace these units regardless of whether or not the product is in or out of warranty. Warranty may be subject to change at any time without notice. |
