Warranty information - EMEA Limited hardware warranty AXIS OfficeBasic, AXIS OfficeBasic Parallel, AXIS OfficeBasic USB, Axis Communications AB (“Axis”) warrants that the Axis product enclosed with this limited hardware warranty statement will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of original end-user purchase. Service contact: When in need of support services, contact the Axis reseller that sold the product. If a replacement is required, the unit will be replaced on an exchange basis without charge for parts or labor during the warranty period. It is the responsibility of the customer to securely pack-age the product in its original container (or equivalent), to provide proof of the date of original purchase, the unit’s serial number and an error description and to pay for shipping. The printer cable, power supply and other accessories should not be sent to Axis with the unit. The exchanged product may be a new or refurbished unit to the Axis standard of quality. Exchange products assume the remaining warranty period of the original product or 30 days, whichever is greater. What This Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty does not cover damage caused by willful or accidental mishandling, improper installation or environmental conditions including, but not limited to, electrical surges, water damage and heat exposure. This warranty is voided if the unit is tampered with or altered in any way.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. |
