Axis recognises Gardiner for IP-Surveillance Sales Growth at Axis Global Distributor Conference in Mauritius
Axis Communications, the global leader in the network video market1, recognised Gardiner for its achievements over the last 12 months in growing the IP-Surveillance market in the UK, at Axis’ annual global distributor conference held in Mauritius on 3rd-6th May 2006.
Gardiner was awarded ‘UK Distributor of the Year’ for its commitment to building the IP-Surveillance market and a corresponding increase in sales of IP-Surveillance equipment.
Steve Gorski, managing director, Axis Communications (UK) Limited, commented: “Gardiner was recognised by Axis for rapidly growing sales of Axis’ IP-Surveillance products as well as for running highly effective promotions of our Channel Partner Program to its reseller-base. The company heartily deserves this recognition for both growing the reseller-base in the UK and employing a proactive, solutions-based sales strategy to exceed its own impressive sales forecasts.”
Glenn Fletcher, sales manager, at Gardiner’s Integrated Systems Division said: “We are very happy to be recognised in the Axis Global Distributor Awards following our accelerated sales growth and commitment to grow the channel for IP-Surveillance over the last year in the UK.”
Axis also works with Computer 2000, Micro Peripherals, Norbain and Anixter in the UK as well as TNS in Ireland. More than 50 Axis distributors from around the world attended the event earlier this month.
