AXIS IP Utility

  AXIS IP Utility is available in 2 versions:

• Use Version 2 with Axis video products running firmware version 4.10 or higher
• Use Version 1 with Axis video products running earlier firmware versions

AXIS IP Utility (version 2) discovers and displays Axis devices on your network. The application is also used to manually set a static IP address and to access the unit's home page for further configuration.

AXIS IP Utility (version 1) is used to manually set a static IP address and to access the unit's home page for further configuration.

How to find the serial number (S/N)

Limitations:

• The Axis device and the client computer must be on the same subnet/network segment.

System requirements: 

• Version 2 - Windows NT 4.0 / 2000 / XP/ 2003 Server / Vista
• Version 1 - Windows 98 / Me / NT 4.0 / 2000 / XP
