Chip handling policy

ETRAX system-on-chips are level 3 moisture sensitive devices. All handling, packing, shipping and use of such devices should be carried out according to standard IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033. Handling of Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESDS) ETRAX devices should be according to JEDEC standard JESD625-A.
