LED indicators and messages
Normal conditions:
The front panel indicators show the status of the StorPoint
CD. The indicators have the following functions:
- Status - Flashes during startup. When the StorPoint CD is
ready for use, the light goes out. The LED remains off, unless
an error condition occurs.
- SCSI - Flashes to indicate activity on the SCSI bus.
- Network - Flashes to indicate the presence of network
traffic.
- Power - Indicates that power is connected to the StorPoint
CD. This LED should always remain lit and is only used to
indicate power is present in the StorPoint unit.
