If purchased separately, the AXIS IV Module must be manually downloaded and installed in the video server. Follow these instructions to download the AXIS IV Module software.

1. Enter the license key you received from your reseller.
2. Enter the serial number (S/N) of the AXIS 242S IV Video Server. The serial number is available from the product label on the video server.
   Note: Do not use the serial number of the AXIS IV Module software.
3. Click Submit to download the AXIS IV Module software.
4. Save the file temporarily on your hard disk.
