Site-Eye has been the leading provider of long term time-lapse services in the UK for the last 15 years. With hundreds of cameras in use around the world, we have captured some of the major construction, infrastructure, civil engineering and marine projects of the 21st century.
As well as capturing images to make the time-lapse clips, our back-end systems provide a valuable site monitoring facility, enabling clients to see what happened (and when) during their project. Potentially saving thousands in dispute resolution.
Now we have brought our custom software to the current generation of Axis IP cameras to provide the following features:

Getting started
1) Plan your time-lapse.
It is worth thinking about what you would like to see in the final movie. Perhaps a long shot of the entire project which will capture it in its entirety. Or pehaps several cameras capturing different aspects. This might include a long shot and another camera that could be moved to different locations during the project. Don't forget that our editors will work with you at the end to cut between cameras to make a dynamic and interesting film.
2) Source the cameras. We recommend using P14 series cameras (especially the 4K version). We will provide information on configuring the cameras to achieve the best results for time-lapse.
3) Contact Site-Eye to obtain the software and project/camera IDs you will need. The service is provided subject to a monthly service charge.
Supported Axis Products
The App has been tested with Axis P13 and P14 series cameras. We recommend the P1428-E 4K camera for stunning hi resolution time-lapse.
