AXIS VMD 2.1 is an application specially suitable for motion detection in low traffic areas. It works for indoor and outdoor installations such as corridors, parking lots and unattended shop areas.

Easy setup with few false alarms

AXIS VMD 2.1 makes it easy to configure an area of interest in the camera's user interface. Moving objects such as persons and vehicles within the defined area will be detected. For example variable lighting conditions or image noise will not trigger any false detections. The application integrates with the camera’s internal event manager, enabling various system notifications.
