The AXIS 89 Device Server is an ideal open source deployment platform for any embedded system and device networking need with a unique combination of secure encryption and flexible storage and interface features.

AXIS 88 Developer Board

Complete ‘ready-to-use’ product

Equipped with the Linux operating system and a complete SDK provides developers with a kick-start to deployment. The specifications are the same as for the AXIS 88 Developer Board, but the internal pin headers are not available outside the casing.

Hardware

 
  • AXIS ETRAX FS
  • Serial connection: Three RS232 serial ports. All ports support RXD, TXD, RTS, CTS, DSR, DTR, RI and CD at 230 kBaud.
  • Terminal block
  • General purpose I/O connectors
  • USB 1.1 Host Port
  • System/Application management and recovery: Linux application can remotely be loaded to the device server over the network using FTP or HTTP. Complete system recovery is made easy using Axis supplied software utility.
