Notes on the files in . These are OLD OBSOLETED revisions! Do not use them unless you're told that a newer revision does not work. If you run Red Hat 7.0, and you want to install cris-dist-1.7 or earlier (but don't do this for later cris-dist versions), you need to use kgcc to compile these tools. Use: CC=kgcc /path/to/cris-dist-1.N/install-cris-tools You can't build cris-dist-1.7 or earlier with gcc-3.0 or newer; you have to use an older gcc like "kgcc" in Red Hat 7.0. Warning: There are also two *even older* deprecated binary tarball distributions, gcc-cris-2.7.2-R19-i586-linux-libc5.tar.gz and gcc-cris-2.7.2-R19-sunos5.tar.gz. Don't use them; they will not work for you. Comments and questions to compiler-contact@axis.com /Best regards, Axis Communications AB
